Time for the Youth to Lead is Now, Says Samanya Daphine Draza as She Chooses “Clock” as Her Symbol.

Youthful Samanya Daphine Draza, who recently contested in the 17-7-2025 NRM Party primary election for the Arua City Woman MP position but lost to the incumbent Hon Osoru Mourine, has finally declared her intention to run as an Independent candidate for the Arua City Woman MP 2026 - 2031.

NRM Party Secretariat Kampala had in June-2025 duly nominated three candidates to contest for the position of Arua City Woman MP, and here are the votes each of them scored during the primary election, the incumbent woman MP Hon Osoru Mourine garnered 26,041 votes, followed by Samanya Daphine Draza who garnered 14,191 votes, and Princess Obia Sheila came in the last position after she polled 9,520 votes.

The youngest of all the Aspiring candidates for this Arua City Woman MP seat, Samanya Daphine has chosen “Clock 🕑 “ as her symbol.

Speaking during a telephone call interview with Samanya Daphine Draza on Wednesday morning, she explained that, she filed a petition to show to the party and the country that, the will and mandate of her people in Arua City was cheated and rigged through altercation of the 17-7-2025 NRM Primary election results, and it's on this basis that, she is coming back as Independent candidate.

“They used to say Youths are the future leaders, and I must tell you people, the future is now and that is why the Symbol on my poster is “Clock”, she stated during the interview call while vowing never to allow the will and the voice of her people to be silenced through such a process (NRM Primary election) which was deemed not free and fair in Arua City.

Asked on whether if she wins the election in 2026, she will change to another opposition political party or she will remain Independent, Samanya who is a Teacher by profession responded by saying that, she is pure NRM, her entire family lineage are NRM and her voters are NRM, and therefore there is no reason and no need for her to change her political party even after winning the Arua City woman MP position in 2026 using Independent ticket, she will remain as NRM member and promoter.

Surgeons fined $60,000 and banned permanently from profession after billionaire died during penis enlargement surgery.

Surgeons have been banned from practicing plastic surgery after a billionaire patient died during a penis enlargement procedure. Belgian-Israeli diamond dealer Ehud Arye Laniado, 65, died of a heart attack during the procedure to enlarge his penis at the Saint-Honore-Ponthieu aesthetic clinic in Paris. His star surgeon, known as Guy H, was known for operating on wealthy clients and he treated Ehud two to four times a year in procedures costing tens of thousands of euros.
