Arua city Engineer Omona has been arrested this afternoon in relation to suspected abuse and mismanagement of 1billion shillings Road fund. The road fund committee currently sitting in the city Engineering Boardroom chaired by hon Feta Geoffrey of Ayivu East and in attendance are hon Atima lee Jackson Buti, hon Lematia John among others .
