WHO JADRIBO VICTOR IS!
It is a great honour to introduce to you Jadribo Victor, a distinguished,
principled and people centred leader with a strong educational and ethical
foundation. Born and raised in our great nation, Jadribo has dedicated his
life to serving others and empowering his community.
A Strong Educational Background
Jadribo's academic journey began at Omugo Primary School, followed by St.
Charles Lwanga College, Koboko, and Masindi Secondary School. He then pursued
his A-Level education and seminary formation at St. John Bosco Minor Seminary
in Hoima Catholic Diocese.
Higher Education and International Experience
Jadribo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Queen of Apostles
Philosophy Centre, Jinja, awarded by Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi. He
furthered his education in Sweden, where he acquired:
Postgraduate Certificate in Radio Journalism and Public Broadcasting

Jadribo demonstrated his commitment to ethical leadership by resigning in
protest against exploitative lending practices that harmed vulnerable members
of society.
Radio Host, Arua One FM
He hosted and moderated programs focused on community transformation,
including the pioneering "Agbatara" – West Nile's first People's Parliament
on air.
Volunteer Consultant, West Nile Development Association (WENDA)
Jadribo contributed to regional development strategies, showcasing his
dedication to community growth.

Initiator, Terego Development Association: Jadribo brought together sons and
daughters of Terego to champion education, health, and socio-economic
empowerment, fostering a collective sense of ownership and responsibility.
Grassroots Transformation through Community Mobilization
Co-founder, Rural Outreach Vision (ROVI): Jadribo mobilized communities to
drive grassroots transformation, recognizing the power of local action in
creating lasting change.
Advocate for depoliticized service delivery in Terego, West Nile and
Uganda.
Launch a “Know Your Budget” program for citizens to track funds

Vision and Campaign Philosophy
In a country where civic and political education is deliberately suppressed
and voters are manipulated by political investors and elites; I stand for
empowering the local citizenry through transformative civic education. I
seek to change the mindset and attitudes of our people—restoring dignity,
ownership, and agency in community development. I will be:
A Vessel and Voice; the Booster that gathers your Voices and the
Amplifier of your Voice.
A Bridge for Unity in Terego and West Nile’s fractured leadership
spaces.
A Lobbyist and Negotiator for an equitable share of national resources
and programs.
A Connector between Terego and development partners nationally and
internationally.
A Pioneer of community-driven social innovations like health and social
insurance schemes.
And above all, the Guardian of your Rights. I am not seeking power; I am
seeking to restore the people’s power.”
Jadribo Victor’s Call to Action
Terego stands at a crossroads. Divisions among leaders have crippled service
delivery. Political parties are no longer vehicles of change but of
confusion. The West Nile Parliamentary Caucus suffers from disunity and selfinterest. It is time to construct a concrete foundation for a better Terego
and West Nile, one that prioritizes future generations, instills a sense of
ownership among the citizens, and champions integrity and accountability in
public service.
🕊️ The Time Is Now
Terego deserves more than survival. It deserves a future led by reason,
compassion, and vision. We cannot build tomorrow on the failures of
yesterday.
We must reclaim our politics, reignite our spirit, and renew our promise to
future generations. Terego’s future must be shaped by those who value its
people above
We must dismantle the culture of disunity, entitlement, and manipulation.
We must empower every citizen to be a co-owner of our destiny.
The future begins Now. If we don’t act Now, the Future we have failed to
shape will judge us harshly. But if we do, the Future will remember us
