Official Statement on the NRM Party Primary Elections-Maracha East Constituency.

Greetings to the team, supporters, agents, and well-wishers. I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support throughout this endeavor.

You demonstrated remarkable commitment, standing firmly by the values and principles we advocated for in our constituency. While we upheld the spirit of unity, integrity, and honesty, we were confronted with significant challenges including widespread vote rigging, bribery, manipulation, harassment of our supporters and agents, removal of some of our agents from polling stations, instances of multiple voting across different stations, and involvement of the NRM top leadership in vote rigging and harassment of our agents.

In Greater Oleba, observations indicate that the number of voters participating in women's voting processes is notably lower compared to men's, with a policy of not allowing re-entry once voting for women has commenced.
In certain instances, the total votes cast for women candidates trail those for men by over 1,000 votes.

Given these irregularities, my team is resolute in bringing this matter before the public court, with a determination expected in the January general elections. We will reconvene for the final judgment at that time.

Thank you, and best regards.

Aduma Yeero Justus
