Dr. Debo Ronald Granted Early Retirement by Ministry of Public Service, Ahead of His Race for Arua Central Division MP Seat.

By Debo Ronald.

All the glory goes to the Almighty God amidst all the fights, trials and tribulations. Today, I received early retirement permission from the Ministry of Public Service, effective 28th February 2025. It has not been easy but I want to thank God for this far he has brought me! Special thanks go to HE Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the PS Ministry of Public Service and commissioners, ISO, NRM secretariat, Management and Staff of Arua Regional Referal Hospital, my lawyers, and most importantly the gallant supporters and voters of Arua Central Division, you prayed earnestly and God has answered your prayers, I have come to know that politics is a war to some politicians, it's a fight but I want to assure you that those of us who are peaceful are more than the violent and we will win this race peacefully because we have the numbers, the ideology, the message, the strategy and surely God is on our side. We are the winning team; we are ushering the leadership that God has ordained and set aside to bring peace, unity, and development through socio-economic transformation at household levels in this cosmopolitan Arua city. Let's unite across the political divide to fight against poverty, which is a precursor for premature death, Health, ignorance, and conflicts among ourselves. Let's join hands with the government to stimulate the economy of West Nile through commercial agriculture, trade, industrialization, expansion of services, both private and government, and tourism.
Let's create opportunities for our businessmen and women to grow their businesses and we have several billionaires who will create multiple jobs for our people, let's join hands to invite investors, let's offer leadership to our youth and tap the energy they have for productive work not employing them for criminality, the resilience of our women in doing business is a golden resource that should be linked with opportunities for cheap financing with the various financial institutions to expand their businesses.
Several opportunities created by the NRM government lie on the horizon, a huge market for business in East Africa, an African continental free trade area, special economic zones with cheap utilities and lowered taxes, affordable financing for women called the grow project/loan, expansion of the standard gauge railway to Gulu and West Nile, availability of industrial power, improvements in the road infrastructure within West Nile, Uganda, and East Africa all secured by the Era of peace in Uganda brought by His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Thanks to the Commander-in-Chief and the entire security forces of Uganda, we earnestly pray for peace in DRC. No one can do this alone; we need collective efforts as individuals, groups, and and public and private entities with the rimindsetsets led by good leaders in the region.
I have the conviction that this time I can lead this mission; I am not perfect, but I have the best exposure, attitude, and political will among these equals in the race to represent our people of Arua City in the the 12th Parliament. The race ha,s begun and I rally you to jand oin me, su,pport me and ,together we shall secure our future and the future of our beloved children ab,ove all keep praying for me that God's keeps me safe. God bless you and I love you all🙏
DEBO RONALD
Aspiring Candidate for Member of Parliament Arua Central Division - NRM
