Other things aside; I do forget to share here key lessons I have learnt at my current age and from those nearing retirement or in retirement, that where possible or where a young person can; try to:

1. Plant trees in any scale or size and if u have land; continue to plant more trees. If u don’t have land; fight hard to find avenues to get land or use someone’s land in agreed terms. It pays off with time. As you grow older;’ur needs grow; and u may only limit ur life standard to what u can afford or live in negatives. The reverse is true if u have prior income avenues like trees;

2. ⁠Get to learn about money saving avenues like saccos; individual savings like at NSSF; unit trusts at banks and insurance companies and start to deposit that little money and don’t withdraw it as it amazes in to digits over years. With time; u will be shocked how much u can have. The reverse is true if you think u aren’t working yet or u aren’t earning enough to be able to save. You may be a university student but u can learn to put anything little from time to time and u don’t touch it. The excuse that u can’t save what u don’t have is yet another example of how ur lying to urself to stay in ur comfort zone. It must rather provoke u to find a way to earn something but in growing digits.

3. Mind your company and it’s very beneficial to keep growing numbers of friends who are doing well and are older or younger than you.

4. Get used to seeing things with positive mirror and kill that negativity in u making u either to be at a stand still or going backwards. Kill that mentality of giving excuses everytime something happens or u fail to achieve something for ur only lying to urself.

5. Get used to trying increasingly bigger challenges and new things even those outside ur career for you will only be wondering ur knowledge; skills; strengthening ur shock absorbers and Ofcourse open ways for broader opportunities. Learn to do things u never did before and remove that negative feeling and energy telling u to back off. Confront it and it will go away and u wil shine.

Lab Student Drowned, Body Missing in Rokoze Lake in Nyadri Sub-county, Maracha District.

Surgeons fined $60,000 and banned permanently from profession after billionaire died during penis enlargement surgery.

Surgeons have been banned from practicing plastic surgery after a billionaire patient died during a penis enlargement procedure. Belgian-Israeli diamond dealer Ehud Arye Laniado, 65, died of a heart attack during the procedure to enlarge his penis at the Saint-Honore-Ponthieu aesthetic clinic in Paris. His star surgeon, known as Guy H, was known for operating on wealthy clients and he treated Ehud two to four times a year in procedures costing tens of thousands of euros. Wealthy Omega Diamonds owner Ehud would be operated on out of office hours. He had been having injections into his penis to make it appear larger. An investigation was swiftly opened into potential manslaughter chargers following his death, though it soon shifted to charges of failing to assist a person in danger, drug offences and practicing medicine without a licence.
