Instead of Street Riots, the Young People Should Use Other Avenues in Expsoing and Fighting Corruption in Uganda - Says, Collins Dramani, Assistant RDC for Maracha District.
............................................................................................................................................
Corruption remains one of the most pressing issues facing Uganda today.
It undermines economic growth, weakens public institutions, and erodes trust in government.
While the frustration and anger that drive many to protest are understandable, it is essential to explore other effective and constructive alternatives to combat corruption, especially for the youth who are the future leaders of our nation,
Through Legal and Policy Advocacy, Advocacy and Awareness Campaign, Participating in Anti-Corruption Programs, Supporting Transparency and Accountability Mechanisms and constantly pressing those bottoms we can effectively bring back our country from hand of those perpetrators of corruption While demonstrations can be a powerful tool for expressing dissent, they often carry risks of violence, repression, and instability. By focusing on these alternative strategies, Ugandan youths can contribute to a sustained and effective fight against corruption that promotes stability, development, and social justice.
It is through these constructive efforts that we can build a more transparent, accountable, and prosperous Uganda for all.
