THE GENUINE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION SHOULD NOT BE MANIPULATED BY FOREIGNERS WHO ARE ENEMIES OF UGANDA - BY DRAMANI COLLINS.

📸: Courtesy Photo.  Corruption is a serious issue that undermines the integrity and functionality of institutions and can have devastating effects on a country's development and trust in governance.  The fight against corruption in Uganda, as in any country, should be genuine and driven by the needs and interests of its citizens. Foreign interference, especially from those with negative biases or ulterior motives, can complicate efforts and potentially distort the objectives of anti-corruption initiatives.  Any support or advice from the international community must be constructive, respectful of Uganda's sovereignty, and aligned to strengthen transparent, accountable, and effective governance. In our native language, it's quoted that *"YOU CAN'T CALL AN ENEMY TO KILL SNAKE FROM THE BEDROOM*"   The focus should remain on fostering a culture of integrity and accountability within Uganda, empowering local institutions and civil society, and ensuring...

9 Types of Women, Men Should Avoid.

📸: Courtesy Photo. ⚠️ Men, Avoid these 9 types of women As a man, it’s never your duty to protect your woman from other men coming to toast her, flirt with her, or even sleep with her. It’s 100% your woman’s responsibility to create boundaries against men who want to encroach on her space. The moment your woman begins to entertain these external male figures, your job is not to protect her from them, start questioning her, begging, or trying to stop her. No, absolutely not. There is nothing you can do about a woman whose eyes are outside. You will only hurt yourself if you try to caution her. As a man, you have failed if you try to talk her into leaving other men just for you. When a woman disrespects you by flirting with another man or giving another man access to her life, like the way that young man’s girlfriend left him only to be used by Omalay on stage, your best reaction is to abandon her and dump her back to the streets where you picked her from. Women who act like...

Clothes of a Prominent Politician in Arua Confiscated Over Debt.

#Business #Politics #Law By #iip_investigators. A prominent politician in Arua is in dilemma after his clothes have been confiscated by management of a guest house in Vurra Constituency. It's alleged that, the politician slept for one week in April 2024 in the guest house and the bill accumulated close to 800,000 Shs, of which, the politician painfully paid 400,000 Shs and the owner of the business premises decided to grab the Politician's clothes with suitcase over the remaining balance. Upon investigating the regrettable incident,  our repeated phone calls to the elusive politician were not answered. However, we learned that, the embattled politician who is choking on  debts both in Kampala and Arua, pleaded with the owner of the guest house, not to allow journalists to report the shameful incident  on the news as he promised to pay the remaining balance soon. Stay tuned here as #iip_investigators follow up this story. #iip_updates  #iip_investigators...
