FISH TRUCKS RELEASED: SPECIAL APPRECIATION.



Just this week the office of the Speaker, most especially Rt Hon Thomas Tayebwa, the Deputy Speaker gave me an oppprtunity on thursday 8th Feb,2024 to present a matter of national importance about the extortion and harassment by some officers attached to Fisheries Protection Unit at Elegu border and Pakwach. The message reached and His directives coupled with the assurance of our Prime Minister have beared fruits.
 
I extend my special appreciation to HIs Excellency President Yoweri Museveni,  Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations for the quick intervention and directives which have been executed by Hon Vicent Ssempijja, minister for defence and veteran affairs, working with his state minister Hon Oboth Oboth, Maj Gen Mugisha, commander SFC, Hon Hellen Adoa, minister of state for fisheries, Hon Grace Freedom K, minister of state for Northern Uganda. The UPDF commanders, my own Mr Eseru Paul, Resident District Commissioner for Pakwach, Mr I Charlesx Resident City Commissioner for Arua City for the time, courage and dedication exhibited to help our fish mongers. 

Lastly my beloved Speaker Rt Hon Anita Annet Among and Deputy Speaker Rt Hon Thomas Tayebwa for the support and Hon Hamson Obua, Government Chief Whip for the coordination.

Hon Oguzu Lee Denis Drags to Court, Maracha Constituency MP-Elect Uhuru Nelson and Electoral Commission.

A famous TikToker from Arua City, WestNile region, in the names of Torrero Bae was arrested on Wednesday 18-2-2026 and taken to Onduparaka Police Station on Allegations of engaging in Lesbianism acts with another girl.
