The Mufti of Uganda, His Eminence Sheik Shaban Ramathan Mubaje while addressing mourners at the funeral of Hajji Gule Musa Noor in Yumbe District on Tuesday 26-12-2023, has urged Muslims in WestNile region to remain united and allegiant to the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) as divisions arise in its leadership.
