The deputy headteacher for Obongi Senior secondary school, Mr Alfred Dratele described the deceased as a dedicated hardworking person who has been trusted at the school in the shortest period he has worked there.

Maracha District woman MP Hon Driwaru Jennifer who pledged Shs 100,000 per term for each of the orphans left by the late, urged the clan people not to attempt grabbing some of the properties left for the widow and orphans.

The parish priest for Simbili Parish, Fr Moses Abidrabo appealed to the management of Obongi Senior secondary school and other schools the deceased Gasper Aluga has been working in, to loosen the process of working on his other benefits in the schools.

He also requested elders of the clan not to deprive the widow of her rights by becoming an obstacle to the family bank account and other properties left by her deceased husband.

The late Mr Gasper Aluga who was a teacher in Oleba Seed secondary School, Maracha domestic secondary school, Koci secondary school and Obongi secondary school, has left behind a widow and children.
