PHOTOS: President Museveni hosted the son and other family members of Uganda's fugitive warlord Joseph Kony at State House on August 25, 2023.

◉LRA rebel leader Kony is on the ICC's 'most wanted' list since 2005 with a Shs17b bounty announced by the US for leads to his arrest.

◉Museveni says government will set up a profit-making farm for the warlord's family- where all his wives and children, led by Brig. Ali Ssalongo Kony, will be shareholders.

◉Museveni also offered to continue supporting victims of the LRA campaign which claimed over 100,000 lives in Northern Uganda.

Police in Arua district are investigating a case of assault and threatening violence involving the Member of Parliament for Ayivu West Constituency John Lematia and James Ariko, a DSTV technician in Arua city. Drama ensued on Easter Sunday 31-3-2024 at Dream Land Hotel located at Kuluva trading center along Arua-Nebbi highway in Arua district when the legislator and the technician engaged in a fight reportedly over a woman identified as Faith Eyotaru 25, a relationship officer at Victoria University Kampala.
