HIS EXCELLENCY GEN (RTD)
YOWERI MUSEVENI KAGUTA
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA.

Dear Sir,
RE: REQUESTING YOU TO DROP ALL MINISTERS INVOLVED IN THE MISMANAGEMENT AND THEFT OF KARAMOJA IRON SHEETS, GOATS AND FOOD; AND RETIREMENT OF THE CIVIL SERVANTS IN OFFICE OF PRIME MINISTER INVOLVED IN THE SAGA IN PUBLIC INTEREST.
Your attention is hereby drawn to the subject matter addressed in reference above.
Aware that corruption is leading to loss of colossal sum of money estimated to be  10  trillion  UGX  by Office of Inspector General of Government, Madam Betty Namisango Kamya,
Noting that we are experiencing serious threat to funding of our current ongoing budget and subsequent budgets to be due to the refusal of World Bank to lend Uganda money,
Further noting that service delivery is drastically failing due to corruption mainly by civil servants at service delivery units and accounting Officers; supported by corrupt politicians including Ministers,
evidenced by this scandalous theft of iron sheets meant for Karachunas in Karamoja region,
Aware that ALL these Ministers came out to publicly admit having received the iron sheets illegally,

I hereby, write to you to consider dropping these Ministers from Cabinet.
Doing so will send strong message to other Ministers already involved scandals including but not limited to the fake Mutukula Regional Market, the attempt to transfer Ministry of Trade and Industries to Kingdom Hotel Kampala at a huge cost of *8* *billion* *UGX* per Annum for *10* years, etc.
It will also exonerate you from vicious attacks and blames by a big section of Ugandans that you are too lenient and sometimes not biting at all to corrupt people; yet the President Yoweri Museveni I know is  NOT corrupt and doesn't accept corruption.

There are even those who publicly state on social media platforms that you are the head of corrupt people. It is, therefore, NOT only good for you but also for us NRM Cadres fighting corruption and the general public denied services due to corruption.

This Country needs to be freed from the industrial scale level of corruption now done with impunity by civil servants and politicians who don't fear security, IGG and other Anti-corruption Agencies but *ONLY* fear exposure and yourself.
I very strongly plead with you *TO* *ACT* *FIRMLY* to eradicate this vice eating the little money meant for development and service delivery.
At present there is no single Government program ongoing or planned without corruption embedded in it. This is very serious and needs to be tackled aggressively.

The purpose of this petition is, therefore , TO PLEAD WITH YOU TO TAKE POLITICAL ACTIONS BY DROPPING ALL MINISTERS INVOLVED IN THEFT OF KARAMOJA IRON SHEETS AND RETIRE IN PUBLIC INTEREST OPM OFFICIALS (CIVIL SERVANTS) INVOLVED IN THE DIVERSION OF THE RELIEF ITEMS MEANT FOR KARAMOJA.

The security especially USO  and  CID  led by the trustworthy  AIGP  Tom Magambo can furnish you with details of the number of iron sheets exactly taken and received by these Ministers which largely remained unknown to many people including the security Officials.
I personally know two senior Ministers who received over   2000  iron sheets each with one  obscenely hiding them in a church store, an act which is extremely embarrassing.

My team of Anti-corruption Crusaders under the umbrella body of   A BETTER  UGANDA FOR ALL   looks forward to engaging you on details relating to Citizens led actions in the much needed fight against industrial scale level of corruption in Uganda.

FOR GOD AND MY COUNTRY!

MATUA JOB RICHARD
TEAM LEADER OF A BETTER UGANDA FOR ALL.

CC- CHIEF JUSTICE
