Education stakeholders in Kololo Seed secondary school in Vurra parish, Tara Sub-county in Maracha East Constituency, Maracha District have decried the inadequate infrastructures in the school, which they said, has hampered academic performance in the school. The director of studies for the school, Mr James Anyaku blamed the unoperationalization of the A level section at the school on lack of teachers. Deputy headteacher of the school Mr Martin Agondua Adrama admitted that, congestion in the class rooms has made writing to become difficult for the students, as well as their monitoring has been affected. Kololo Seed secondary school, a community founded school in 1994 is still operating in community built structures, with no borehole or any other clean source of water. Kabaati has just been arrested, and he is on his way to the police cell. What happened is that he bought a new car today from the bond, and he was driving out, he was rammed by another car. When the owner of the other car came out to escape on foot, Kabaati tried to block him and instead knocked him and the poor man died. Police arrived and arrested him. The defence ministry said Bonomade Machude Omar – also known as Ibn Omar – had led the insurgents since the start of the conflict in 2017. A statement said he was killed along with two other senior members. There has been no independent confirmation of the deaths.
