The Arua District LC V Chairman Hon Alfred Okuonzi has pleaded to District officials especially in health department to commit themselves in the fight against maternal and child health.
He made the remarks during a review meeting held in DHO's office this morning 22-11-2022, organised by I ACHAP AFYA, a none profit organisation with funding from USAID.
