Opinion; Meet Two "First Sons" of Uganda - Osuta Yusuf.

Photo taken on Saturday 22-10-2022 at Arua Golf Ground.

On the left dressed in a white suit with a cap is Gen Taban Amin son to former heroic President Iddi Amin Dada (RIP) and on the right dressed in a blue T-shirt with a black Jean trouser is Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba son to incumbent President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

This particular photo of two first sons greeting each other, is a rare occasion in Uganda's political history.

These two first sons are both at the same Military rank of "Gen".

They are trying to show us Ugandans and to the entire world that, no matter the differences we might have encountered, should not draw a parallel line of divisionism, propaganda and hatred between us.

Their words and actions with each other in the public, are significant enough for this generation to emulate and learn from.

As one of the champions for Human Right, we should avoid the previous mistakes our former leaders and citizens did, whereby, it was an automatic scenario to virtually hate relatives of people who were once our leaders.

We should leave the act of vengeance.

We should leave the act of seeing relatives of people who lead us, as enemies of time.

Jungle justice system must be something of the past but not the present and future.

Let's all agitate for peace, harmony, unity, care and love amongst all Ugandans regardless of the status or religious differences or ethnic differences or gender differences.

Long live Gen Taban Amin.

Long live Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

Long live Uganda.
