Vurra Sub-county LC3 Chairman Pariyo Joel Arrested for Insisting to be Biological Father of a Dead Child.

The Sub-county Chairman for Vurra Sub-county has landed himself into a hot soup for vehemently saying, he is a father of a child who died last week and was buried in an improper manner.

The RDC for Arua District,  Mr George E Owanyi while interrogating the LC3 Chairman, asked him for over five times, are you sure that baby who was buried last week is your biological child ?.

The LC3 Chairman said yes, "that is my own biological child".

This is the Genesis of the Whole Story.

Mrs Vivian Apolot, the woman with whom the LC3 Chairman has been committing adultery with, is a wife of Mr Osuta, a Congolese Soldier at the rank of Major.

The Major said, he has been hearing rumors that, his wife is having a secret sexual affair with the LC3 Chairman, which according to him, prompted him to summon a meeting last year 2021 with the LC3, LC5 Chairman Hon Alfred Okuonzi together with other people but Hon Pariyo completely denied having a sexual affair with his wife.

I even went ahead to warn the LC3  Chairman Pariyo to desist from that act if indeed it's there, - the Army Officer told this online publication blog.

The Army officer, Major Alfred Osuta said, he has two children with his wife Vivian Apolot; the first born is the girl Deborah and the second born is a boy who is now in nursery. 

His daughter Deborah got pregnant which everyone in the village knows about.

Everyone was shocked when his daughter gave birth to a bouncing baby boy, his wife (who is now a grandmother to this baby) adopted the child and began spreading news to her people  and everyone else that, she has given birth to a bouncing baby boy.

To appease the LC3 Chairman they have been having fornication with, the Woman took the child to him and the LC3 Chairman Hon Pariyo  was impressed and gleefully accepted this adopted baby boy as his own biological child without  reasoning and questioning when did this Woman become pregnant.

Hell broke loose last week when the baby became sick at night due to pneumonia as a result of improper care for the baby, the Woman (grandmother who adopted the child) in the  middle of the night around 1am to 3am called a neighbor who is a Boda Boda rider to come take her child to the hospital.

The Boda Boda rider with whom we also managed to speak, said, the Woman called him in the middle of the night requesting him to rescue  her biological child who is ill and at the point of death.

The Boda guy said, he had to rush with the Woman and baby to Rehma hospital for treatment.

Later in the day around 1pm, the baby was pronounced  dead.

Hon Pariyo Joel rushed to pick the baby at a point of death, took him to be baptized his father Rev Isaac who is one of the clergies in some church in Arua.

The baby died few hours after the baptism, and the LC3 Chairman Hon Pariyo took the corpse to be buried in his home.

As all these were happening,  the Grandmother who adopted the baby, concealed the informations from being known by Deborah, the real biological mother of the baby.

On the day of the funeral when Maj Alfred Osuta went to mourn, the LC3 Chairman mobilised locals in his area and they threatened to assault him, if only the OC of Vurra police station ASP Byanomugisha wasn't available at the funeral to save the situation, it would have been a different story, he told us.
