On 24/06/2022, I was privileged to cross over to DRC - Aru Territorial Headquarters to receive a friend's stolen vehicle on behalf of the RCC and RDC Arua. Due to the porousness of the borderline between Arua and DRC many Ugandan stolen vehicles are sneaked across by thugs. We discovered many Ugandan stolen vehicles are being driven in DRC without registration number plates and some parked at the police station unclaimed. You recall a few months ago 2 ambulances were stolen from Arua Hospital and sold in DRC but still not recovered. I thanked the Congolese security authorities for exhibiting professionalism this time around and encouraged them to continue collaborating with their Ugandan counterparts to stamp out this vice of vehicle theft. Efforts are underway to recover the stolen ambulances and hopefully they will be returned sooner than later. The vehicle we recovered will be handed over to the owner as soon as he comes to Arua by the RCC Arua and RDC Arua, for now the vehicle is parked at Arua Central Police Station for safe custody. Lab Student Drowned, Body Missing in Rokoze Lake in Nyadri Sub-county, Maracha District.

Surgeons fined $60,000 and banned permanently from profession after billionaire died during penis enlargement surgery.

Surgeons have been banned from practicing plastic surgery after a billionaire patient died during a penis enlargement procedure. Belgian-Israeli diamond dealer Ehud Arye Laniado, 65, died of a heart attack during the procedure to enlarge his penis at the Saint-Honore-Ponthieu aesthetic clinic in Paris. His star surgeon, known as Guy H, was known for operating on wealthy clients and he treated Ehud two to four times a year in procedures costing tens of thousands of euros. Wealthy Omega Diamonds owner Ehud would be operated on out of office hours. He had been having injections into his penis to make it appear larger. An investigation was swiftly opened into potential manslaughter chargers following his death, though it soon shifted to charges of failing to assist a person in danger, drug offences and practicing medicine without a licence.
