CALIFORNIA BUS SERVICES ARUA ENFORCES STRICT CHECKING OF PASSENGERS BEFORE BOARDING THE BUS.

Following bomb blasts in crowded places and other security threats in the country, the Cargo / Bus Company, California Bus Services has come out to ensure there is compulsory scrutiny of its passengers.

In a communication we had with the management of California Bus, they have since yesterday made it as a "Must" to check all the passengers, including their Laggage.

However, the Bus management stressed that, they are having challenges with some passengers who are Police and Army officers in uniform who refuse to be checked before they board the Bus.

For the safety / security of all the passengers, the  management has now appealed to each and every passenger, to willingly allow themselves to be thoroughly checked regardless of their status before departure.

On another note, the Bus Company is pleading for the intervention of Police to take up investigations on the recent theft scheme that befell one of the Cargo Trucks of the Company at around Enzeva - Kuluva - Arua road, that left millions of Goods offloaded at night by Thieves.
