1. That RDC Buga Matata Officially handed Office to DISO Kole District claiming to have been transferred to Madi Okollo District.

2. RDC Buga Matata was given instructions to report to work in Kole District latest Thursday 26th August which he refused to honour.

3. RDC Buga Matata has been accused of collusion with commercial Officer of taking money for EMYOOGA.

It is alleged that they add money on approved figures of groups that are then returned to them and shared in his Office.

Money amounting to 40,000,000/= only is being alleged to have been collected from SACCOS.

4. LCV CHAIRPERSON has deep misunderstanding with Mr Buga Matata and is one of the main people inciting the people against Mr Buga Matata.

5. Locals have been arranged to move testimonies about the EMYOOGA money mismanagement allegedly by CO and Mr Buga Matata.

Demonstrations were held to that effect.

Accordingly, Koleans have declared RDC Buga Matata unwanted person in the district.

6. MPs from Kole District have joined the war against Mr Buga Matata.

The question is; what is Mr Buga Matata saying about these allegations?
