BREAKING NEWS. Newly Created Okokoro Town Council in Maracha District, Has Received Shillings 50M To Aid Development of the Town Council.



How it all begun! In 2017, i Hon Oguzu Lee Denis, Hon ADIGA WILFRED Lawrence and Hon Acidri James moved to Ministry of Local Govertment to resubmit documents for proposed town councils and sub counties which had long disppeared from the Ministry.
When we asked the Minister how and why only documents relating to Maracha would dispear in the Ministry, he asked if ash from your own fire can't burn you.
This wasn't the first time our documents disappeared in the same Ministry.
Following resubmission of all documents with copies acknowledged, I move to enlist support of Parliamentary Chair, Committee on Local Govt and Commissioner for Urban Development, through whom we got a statutory instrument issued to create these administrative units and their details immidiately relayed to Electoral Commission for further management. The next struggle was to be among units to that would receive funds for operations out of the many administrative units created in the whole country. With support of District Technical Team who worked tirelessly and under pressure to provide documents I wanted submitted, again with in input from Hon. Geofrey, MP Aringa North to ensure availability of startup fund for operationalization.

I therefore want to  thank our technical team led by CAO's office, Chair and Hon. Councillors as well as other leaders who made this journey a possibility in my tenure as MP of Maracha. Leaders can truly Make or Break societies.

Lab Student Drowned, Body Missing in Rokoze Lake in Nyadri Sub-county, Maracha District.

Photo by #Information_is_Power's news reporter.  This afternoon Friday 5-December-2025, a student from St Joseph Laboratory Training School in Maracha hospital, a one  Araku Denis drowned in Rokoze water body in Nyadri Sub-county and the  body has not been retrieved upto this night as the police and residents searched for it and in vain but they are expected to resume retrieving it tomorrow Saturday 6-December-2025. 📸: Photo of the deceased which we captured on his phone screen this night. Araku and his fellow students had  reportedly gone to pass time at water point after completing exams papers of today. Surgeons fined $60,000 and banned permanently from profession after billionaire died during penis enlargement surgery.

Surgeons have been banned from practicing plastic surgery after a billionaire patient died during a penis enlargement procedure. Belgian-Israeli diamond dealer Ehud Arye Laniado, 65, died of a heart attack during the procedure to enlarge his penis at the Saint-Honore-Ponthieu aesthetic clinic in Paris. His star surgeon, known as Guy H, was known for operating on wealthy clients and he treated Ehud two to four times a year in procedures costing tens of thousands of euros. Wealthy Omega Diamonds owner Ehud would be operated on out of office hours. He had been having injections into his penis to make it appear larger. An investigation was swiftly opened into potential manslaughter chargers following his death, though it soon shifted to charges of failing to assist a person in danger, drug offences and practicing medicine without a licence.
