If you Abandon, Mistreat and no take Care of your Puppy, the Puppy will go to your Neighbor's Home for Refuge and as the Puppy Grows with time, it will then start Protecting the Home and Properties of your Neighbor.
The Puppy will then be Obeying, Loving and Sacrificing to Serve for the Neighbor.
The Puppy will Obviously Endeavor and Rate the Neighbor, as the Person who saves Life during Havoc and Stiff Sufferings.

Yet, it was your Puppy.

Who will be Blamed ❓, the Owner? or the Puppy or the Neighbor?.

These are Words of Wisdom from some Elder.
