ARUA DISTRICT COVID-19 TASK FORCE SEEKS PUBLIC SUPPORT AMIDST SHORTAGE OF FOODS AND RESOURCES FOR FEEDING THE PEOPLE IN QUARANTINE RUNS OUT.

Just like my name, Ma “Osura”.

The VOICE OF WESTNILE ORGANIZATION and the Government of Uganda recently donated over SIX Tones of Food to the Arua District Covid-19 Task Force.

In space of just One Month, where has the Six Tones of Food disappeared.

We can now believe that, this Arua District Office and Arua Municipal Office dominated by Officials mostly from Ayivu, are Bias and not Trustworthy.

Whistle Blowers leaked Information that, some of these Ayivu People divided the Foods only for their Relatives and Friends, but not to the intended Beneficiaries; those whose Businesses Lockdown affected and those detained in Quarantine Centers.

Further information from Whistle Blowers also indicates that, these Ayivu People have set the Trigger ready to Politically Fight whoever attempts blocking or exposing their Greed ploy of dividing the Relief Items for their Relatives only.

I have no fear to spill these after all i Osuta Yusuf is not in anyway intending to contest for any Political Office in Arua.

How shall the Public have Trust again when asked to generously donate during Disasters, that may arise in the future.

At least for the Government, it may not much hurt the Government, but for a Poor Person or a Businessman whose sweat is donated to help the needy but only to be surprised to hear his sweat was diverted to selfish interests by Greedy People.

If the Ayivu Population keep silent about this Greed, then we shall come to conclusion that, Gross Tribalism is at Play in Arua District / Arua Municipal and we shall there for fight it until we breath our last.

Should those in Authority of this, not respond, this is yet the PART ONE.
