This comes at a Time, the Public became frightened on the Closer of all the Boarders, Customs and Countries around the World over the Fear of Preventing Coronavirus epidemic Contraction.
Whereas President Museveni gave Orders to stop all the Human Travelings, and He allowed Cargos and Goods to continue coming in with only less than 3 People in the Trailer or the Cargo, Our People thought President Museveni has totally Banned Everything even including coming of Goods.
