The Woman MP made the Statement yesterday 24-March-2020, after Learning that, some native People Living at the Boarder Line especially the Lugbara People along Uganda - DRC Boarder, who most times share Socialism and Communitism, are still not controlling and taking care of themselves despite of the alarming World Wide Coronavirus Epidemic Outbreak.

Hon Rose Ayaka, the Caring Leader by the People, of the People and for the People, thinks that, it is not a Mandatory but a God given Obligation for rightful Leaders to Care and Protect their People, particularly in times of Disasters and Disease Outbreaks like this.

Lab Student Drowned, Body Missing in Rokoze Lake in Nyadri Sub-county, Maracha District.
