On that Night, these above mentioned People were separately but in the same Disco Club at Arua Town.

A Fracas ensued late in the Midnight, out of which another Guy hit King Weeda on the Face with an Empty Bottle of Beer and He begun Bleeding Profusely.

The Victimised Musician claims that, it was Mr Embati who Conspired with some Thugs so as to have him attacked.

The Musician went further and Posted on Facebook, a Photo of His Injured Face with an Information Tag "When the Rich Man looks down on the Poor Man".

Mr Embati, who not only had to deliver his part of defense concerning this allegation, but some eye witnesses who were present there that night, have also testified.

Mr Embati said, these Allegations are Blatant and aimed at Black Painting Him.

From the Records of the Eye Witnesses, Mr Embati is Believed to had had No Hand in Physical attacks Weigh-Layed on the Musician.

I Osuta Yusuf, Who would first take his time and without always wanting to meddle with intelligence investigation, writes down his neutral part of the saga.

These are conflicts that need no much quarreling and discussions though!

The Submittions by Mr Embati and King Weeda are Evident Proof to Withdraw this severe Conflict away from Court, Police, Media and Public Eye.

As it has been my norm to be Just and Fair when it comes to Discussing or Commenting on other Certain issues, Eager in Defending Human Rights and most of it all, to maintain Reputation is what i would cherish the most.

But still, Mr Embati is too innocent by some virtue of Law and on Records of some Witnesses.

For the sake of not overshadowing prior trend, i would rather agitate for Mr Embati and King Weeda to abandon the raging legal battle about the Subject and come together on to round table for reconciliation and negotiations with the involvements of other stake holders so as to evaluate and solve the Impending Conflict.
