Bigirimana appointed as the New Permanent Secretary in Judicial Service Commission.These Corrupt People will Loot Uganda to Death.


Mr. Pius Bigirimana, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Gender who has been posted to Judicial Service Commission.

‘Star performing’ Permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimana has been transferred from Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development to Judicial Service Commission.


He replaces troubled Kagole Kivumbi who is under investigation by Public Accounts Committee of Parliament and police over missuse of public funds.


“The appointing authority has directed that you be transferred from the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development  to the Judicial Service Commission with immediate effect.  On receipt of this letter, prepare to hand over your office within the existing regulations and report to your new station without delay” reads the posting instructions from Mr. John Mitala, the the head of public service and secretary to cabinet.


In a telephone interview, Mr. Bigirimana confirmed the development describing it as trust and confidence for the head of state to continuously deploying him. “I thank HE the president for having confidence in me and I will perform like I have always done”.

Lab Student Drowned, Body Missing in Rokoze Lake in Nyadri Sub-county, Maracha District.

Surgeons fined $60,000 and banned permanently from profession after billionaire died during penis enlargement surgery.

Surgeons have been banned from practicing plastic surgery after a billionaire patient died during a penis enlargement procedure. Belgian-Israeli diamond dealer Ehud Arye Laniado, 65, died of a heart attack during the procedure to enlarge his penis at the Saint-Honore-Ponthieu aesthetic clinic in Paris. His star surgeon, known as Guy H, was known for operating on wealthy clients and he treated Ehud two to four times a year in procedures costing tens of thousands of euros. Wealthy Omega Diamonds owner Ehud would be operated on out of office hours. He had been having injections into his penis to make it appear larger. An investigation was swiftly opened into potential manslaughter chargers following his death, though it soon shifted to charges of failing to assist a person in danger, drug offences and practicing medicine without a licence.
