We are here Writing this article on the date of 9-12-2018 because Arua Municipality MP-Elect, Hon Kasiano Wadri has already made 100 days in Office.

We are encapsulating this majorly as a reminding not to Hon Kasiano Wadri and His Supporters.

Our kind request for silence, is to some of fanatic supporters of Wadri Kasiano, who bubble and abuse people whose opinions do not match with them.

Bunch of Supporters who caucus like WhiteAnts wiggling because of Light.

Perhaps, the main objective of this article is to have an inner look into 100 days of Wadri being in Office since he was elected in the recently concluded 15 August 2018 Arua Municipality Bye-Elections.

For us in Neutral Opposition, we question the ways and criteria which some of Our fellow Opposition icons do, which in other ways, may be syndicate.

It all started with Mr Kasiano Wadri jumping off from the Truck of Giant and Vibrant FORUM FOR DEMOCRATIC CHANGE (FDC) party.

Mr Kasiano eventually bit the Hand that fed him for 15 Years, in Terego.

He overrated FDC party and its Candidate Mr Mushema Bruce.

He went ahead to split the Party, its constitution, its Leaders and its Supporters.

Uncultured behavior and unpolished speech eventually obliged him to be believed as the only person to persuade or conquer with Mr Museveni.

It made him, be self praised as the only Experienced.

That was little of other myth of him.

He elaborated to his supporters that, "ipe ma ti mgba ruu le yii, ma dri ni aru beni. aka ta ovu otoko ni, ma ta e'be mgba dria ci (meaning, you people should vote me so that i will conquer Museveni. If i was an Anthill, i would swell on Museveni)".

What a Pettiness!!!

Someone may only Conquer Museveni through rejecting amendment of Repressive Laws.

When i begged my fellow Youths not to Vote Wadri Kasiano, they all turned me and mocked me for my articles.

GoodThing, i am in History.

I was precisely telling them to Vote a Candidate who can Bring a Physical Change up to the Poor and Oppressed in the Villages, they denied me.

On their unnoticed dismay of Wadri Supporters, Mr Kasiano Wadri had no Vivid manifestos to this Effect.

The Supporters were all exited of him being in Parliament before and also being, a self proclaimed toughy talking and argumentative.

Now they have Blindly pulled him the way they wish, it is now Time for Accountability from both Mr Kasiano Wadri and His Supporters;

1. How far so far with the Availability and Improvement of Water Sources within Arua Municipality?.

2. How many Bad and Oppressive Laws have been tabled before Parliament and Mr Kasiano eventually opposed it to the fullest of its withdrawal?.

3. How improving is now the Healthcare system in Arua Municipality?.

4. How many Corruption cases you have fought so far in Arua Municipality?.

5. How many Projects Mr Kasiano Wadri has brought or started so as to Help the Youths, Women and the Elderly in Arua Municipality?.

6. Are the Works of Tarmacking these short short Roads within Arua Town, Started?. Since they are District Roads.

This Simply Teaches People never to Vote a Candidate on Merits that, He or She is Argumentative and Tough Talking.
