REFERENCE TO THE GRUESOME KILLINGS AND ROBBERIES BY UNKNOWN GUN WIELDING THUGS IN WESTNILE REGION - UGANDA.

Dear Ugandans, Africans and whole World, Greetings.

Today Wednesday 5 December 2018, we are writing to bring to the attention of Everyone, inclusive of Foreign Governments, Foreign Humanity Organizations, Uganda Government, Activists from all walks of Life, that, the beginning of this New Month December 2018 has been a mystery Month for the People of, not only Arua People but also the Entire People of WestNile region have been Weeping, following consistent incidents involving unknown thugs.

On Sunday 2 December 2018, at an Hour of around 21:46, unidentified thugs, carrying firearms, gunned down a Youthful Amati Ratibu, a mobile money operator at Nsambya in Arua.

An innocent Youthful Soul gone!

May his Soul Rest In Peace.

On Tuesday 4 December 2018, just after one day from the ugly Sunday 2 December 2018 night massacre, unknown Gunmen again ambushed a Shopping Moll at Arua Hill, next to Tropical Suites Hotel! and it is reported that, the thugs went away with millions of cash money and gunshots injured some people caught in the crossfire of the ruthless hooligans.

From the Lamentations of eye Witnesses, it is said that, the Thugs immediately ambushed the Shopping Moll, a few minutes after ELECTRICITY POWERING COMPANY called #WENRECO had just Switched Off Power in Arua at around 20:30 GMT.

Nor far away from the distance betwixt nose and mouth, as i am writing this article, it is again heard that, Soldiers and Thugs are believed to be exchanging Live Bullets this evening at Barifa Forest in Arua Municipality.

Never to let out, not only, are the above aforementioned Gun Killings and Gun Robberies in WestNile Region.

Earlier and in the Mid of this year 2018, many of these kinds of Gun Killings / Robberies penetrated.

OUR GOVERNMENT OWES US ANSWERS TO THESE FREQUENTLY ENDLESS MESS MURDERS AND ROBBERIES.

Many People are left wondering, What is the Hell going on?.

The fucking bitch is that, all these awkward Gun Killings and Gun Robberies are happening at the moment, when Government has Dispatched Thousands of Military Soldiers, Special Forces Command, Army, CIDs, Police Officers and Flying Squad Officers to quell  the uncontrollable Political Eruptions in WestNile Region.

Isn't it that Our Government has haphazardly Elucidated Security Systems Army and Police in Painstaking Politicized Fracas than Neutralized Criminology?.

From the Accounts of the Eye Witnesses, it took more than 30 Minutes for the Police to arrive at the Crime Scene.

Assume, if this was an Opposition Political Event!, the Police would probably reach there at the vicinity, in less than 20 minutes.

What short of extreme unprofessionalism at Work, is this?.

We Condemn to the Totality, these kinds of senseless Armed Killings and Armed Robberies but, such has also explored to the World, how much phishingly dully an institution ment to Counterattack Neutral Criminology, has literally exonerated it.

Not Surprisingly, the Investigations and Prosecutions of True Culprits of the Crimes Committed, bends dismays to the Unknown and obviously yields less Fruits.

Whether it is a matter of, Who is accountable not to beset Crimes being Committed or Which People should be part of Preventing Crimes, has Uganda Police Force and her Sister Security agencies steadfastly lost Flying Directions of their Departments and Institutions?.

Concerning the Facts that, many Gangs and Gun Wielding Thugs have ever surfaced and publicly confessed, especially, the incident in last year, in which, a Thug openly Confessed in front of Medias and Kale Kayihura, the then Inspector General of Police, that, "We Work with Police".

And indeed, the Suspected Senior Thug was eager and not panicking while narrating this Statement " We Work with Army and Police", before  IGP Kayihura and News Medias!, sending undoubted clear Signals that, some unscrupulous individuals in Army and Police Force might be Hiring out Guns and Uniforms to some of these Thugs, to Terrorise People.

Depleting Politics aside, Should People not Believe that, the Government is part of the sorrowful Dilemmas befelling the Citizens and Calamity stuck among the Communities?.
