MUSEVENI`s NATURAL HATRED FOR PEOPLE OF WESTNILE CONTINUES. Dear fellow Citizens, Africans and World at large, my greetings to all of you, wherever you are. In this Wednesday 17 October 2018 evening, in which many people may be enjoying their Lives on Bed, in Bars, in Tours, at Work or any other place, Our Youths are living under a threatening state. At least on daily basis, i keep Sensitising and Telling Our People in WestNile that, we are always the first and last to taste the bitter hatred of Museveni and his Government towards us but Unfortunately, many Young malnourished Social Media People who are unable to do deep thinking but conveniently insulting and attacking me for my articles that differs from their Opinions!, not knowing that i have a heavy thick skin. I am writing this to Various Human Rights Organizations, Activists from all walks of Life, Foreign Governments and Foreign Organizations to please add up an impact on the fate of Our Youths. Just this Evening, at around 6pm (Ugandan Time), Soldiers and Police Officers invaded ONDUPARAKA, in which many Youths at ONDUPARAKA, were arrested and bungled into Two FUSO Lorries. Despite the Law stipulating people not to be arrested past 5pm (after working hours), the Soldiers claimed to arrest the Youths of being "idle". This is not the first time Uganda Government is arresting Youths on Charges of being idle. Throughout September 2018, in fact, just after the 15 August 2018 By-elections in Arua Municipality, from which Mr Museveni faced full resistance, humiliation and anger from the Youths in WestNile, whom, he claimed, they hate his Government and stoned him. Since September up to date, over 500 Youths have been arrested and charged of "idle and disorderly". What baffled me is not the "Charge" but the Continuous incarnation of People from WestNile, by Museveni Regime. The ambiguity persistent move of Museveni ordering arrests, tortures and detaining Youths from WestNile, is not a Legal or Justice temple act but instead it is a "REVENGE" move by the Dictator. ELIMINATION AND RULE ARE THE OTHER TACTICS MUSEVENI HAS BEEN USING TO RULE. It is an inside leaked NRM dossier that, by 2021, Mr Museveni wants actually 60% or 70% Youths from WestNile to be in the Coolers, Torture Chambers and in the Jails. Museveni's new ploy of archiving this is through rounding up the Youths on allegations of being "idle and disorderly". WHAT TO DO. This is not a scheme of One Person or One Group to partake. It is a demanding factor from everyone regardless of Ethnicity, Profession, Continent, Gender, Colour, Religion and Country. I am saying it needs engagement of all above, is because, "Injustice somewhere is a threat to Justice anywhere". I WILL BE TESTIMONY AND SACRIFICE FOR YOUTHS. As the Proverb goes "Tree of Freedom must be watered with Blood of Tyrants and Saints", i Osuta Yusuf, will not keep silent when all these Injustices are being meted to Our Youths. I am 24 years Old Youth and i will never mind or fear if i am the Testimony and Sacrifice for Our Youths. Dear Jarukanga, Someone wrongly advised you Museveni and you are eventually Drowning yourself in to the Deep River of Our Hearts?. Dear Dictator Kaguta, Me Thinks, the best option could be for you to let the Youths mourn their Country. Museveni himself has cloned Uganda into a Pending Time Bomb Zone, which may abruptly soon burst?. Dear Museveni, you do believe, after being vastly exposed, humiliated and rejected from WestNile region, the best way is for him to wage an attack on Our Youths. The future of Our Country hangs in balance and there for;- it is upon us to free ourselves or will be too late?. Dear Dictator, After 32 years of iron hand militarily forceful imposing rule on to Ugandans, after 32 years of Impoverishment, after 32 years of Torture and Joblessness, Museveni has embarked on Arresting the Youths again and again instead of Rehabilitating them?. Dear Dictator, do you think it is now impossible for a Population you have been Starving to death, turn to eat you?. Dear Mzee, Once again, do you not think it is now moment for the most marginalized to in anyway get back what belongs to them?. Like, Jesus said, "What belongs to Kaishara must be given to Kaishara and what belongs to God should be given to God". Dear Mzee Museveni, you thought Arresting, Rounding us up and throwing many of us into Jails, on Trumped up Charges, will stop your Iron Hand military ruling from going down?. Dear Dictator Museveni, we are not sure if you Read and Follow History, Your fellow World Record Dictators and Rulers like Hitler, Putin, Napoleon and many others have never acted as you are blindly acting? Dear Yoweri, did Napoleon and Hitler roughed up their Youths on claims of being idle and disorderly? Lastly, Dear Mr Museveni, if i were you, i would convince the Parliament of Uganda to Scrap that Law which is targeting Youths and charging them of being "idle and disorderly".
