Tale of Story Over My Arrest.

Fellow Countrymen, Countrywomen and Fellow Global Human Rights and Political Activists, it did arise that, i was Arrested and detained in the previous days and then released on Bond, the same day my Father died in the Hospital, on Monday 27 August 2018, being Charged of already Cooked Up Charges and i don't mind of that because this current Uganda under military dictatorship reign of Mr Museveni, is known for such gross Human Rights violations of those, whom, he thinks, might be causing uncertainty to his forcefully imposed rulership in state house.

In the Fracus that ensued towards the arrest, i lost shillings 200000 and i still have no idea, if the money fell down from the pocket of my Shirt or it was Hand-picked.

At the due course of being rounded up by 14 Soldiers, 4 Police officers (17 were Men and One Woman), some of the Soldiers kept saying that, We will shoot you people! That, Bobi Wine Boi Wine, who is Bobi Wine, they Continued saying this while nor Smartphone was allowed to either take a picture, be online, or not even to power the Smartphone on.

This is the Dilemma that befell me.

Later on, Walked with them for a Half Mile, and their Notorious Single Cabin Vehicle, which they oftentimes use for torturing and then bungle people behind the seat of it, arrived.

They said that, "Bus has Come now, Go get into it" as if they would allow a suspect to get into it respectfully.

Being Hand-Cuffed and beating continued while being forcefully thrown under the Seat of the Patrol Vehicle that later on sped off to the CENTRAL POLICE STATION.

I have No idea, how many minutes spent onthe way to reach there because i was bungled and unconscious.

Reaching inside, One can not believe the Smelly, irritative, dark, leaking, dirty and Urinated Floor of the Jail Room.

Inside there, your Feet will all be in the Urine and if you make a mistake to sit down, you sit in the Urine.

One is yet again left Wondering, if it is Goats and Cattle that sleep inside there.

Other People, who were arrested with me, were forced to make statements of implicating themselves.

I told them, i Osuta Yusuf will be the Last Man standing!

I defied their forceful order, by making a factfull statement of my own. Case file Number 03/27/08/2018.

The desperate tyranny's regime must not deceive you that, Uganda is peaceful. The only "Peace" museveni regime has brought is sleep and poverty. I am extra depressed. The regime in power abducts, arrests, threatens death, detains, tortures and imprisons innocent youth with an aim of forcing them to work for and support NRM and intimidate the youth so that they do not speak up. Many youth have even lost their lives and properties. Thousands of youth are being rounded up daily and taken to jails and safe houses under the guise of being idle and disorderly.

The Other People in the next Room of Ours, were frightened and made to believe been "idle".

How can someone be disordely or idle at his home or in a Video Hall?.

That they are loitering in the city and towns and Trading Centers!

How can a government that is not creating jobs arrest people for nor working?

If the youth dont come to towns to look for work, how are they expected to eat and pay rent and feed their families?

We understand that government fears the youth that they engage in civil disobedience so it prefers to keep rounding us up and throw us in unknown places.

But there are 30 million youths! Where will they detain 30 million of us? Its therefore, upon us to either accept and surrender to these unjust acts forever, or join hands and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Fellow youth of Uganda, our generation is now a lost generation because of the increasing and un-ending injustices committed against us. I would like to remind you that its our constitutional duty to be actively involved at all levels of our countrys governance. We aim to have a new government that will cater for our needs. We want the Uganda Human Rights Commission, the Hague-based court INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT, the CIA, the FBI and other investigation bodies to be aware of what is happening in Uganda.

Everything we do, is because we would like everyone to feel and be free in Uganda but not being intimidated by Soldiers and Police Officers that take orders from Museveni.

That song "SLAVERY" that Lucky Dube sung, came into my mind and is still roaming in my mind up to now.

There is a Verse, in which Lucky Dube sung, "I asked the Police Man, How much must i pay for my Freedom?".

And indeed, on the way to CPS, i asked One Soldier, "How much must i pay for my Freedom?".

He said to me, "How much do you want to give?".

I said, "30000/-".

They Refused and instead, they told me, "This Money is little".

I had no option but to keep mute.

UpTo now, i don't know who notified my fellow Activists and my Friends about my detention.

Little did i know, my fellow Activists and Friends heard about my arrest and they were demanding for my unconditional immediate release! But up to now, i still don't know who notified my fellow Activists and my Friends about my detention.

At last my Freedom was Secured.

And what i truly know is, we are not totally free because

Dictators Free themselves but they enslave the people.

You are not free if we are not free too.

I repeat again, No One should be deceived that, because we are Critiques and Targets of this Rogue Government, you are totally free.

Me, i rest my Case.

We endeavor to do all these FOR GOD AND MY COUNTRY.
