I will never waste my precious time to listen to an imposter who lies with a straight face but i doubt if 500000 Ugandans wasted time to listen or to watch such a crap from dishonest museveni.
I bet he had been bubbling with his regularly cooked lies.
He believes to have the gut to be called as the only "tested person" to rule Uganda, which is a blatant mess to my observation.
If he insists, let him proof to me these qualities of a good politician.
Museveni is just a Gambler, a Puppet and a naive Lehman.
QUALITIES OF A GOOD POLITICIAN.
1.A good politician is the one who knows that the government and parliament exercise power entrusted to them by the people and the same power must be exercised solely in the interests of the people.
2.A good politician is the one who respects the will of people.
3.A good politician is the one who knows an election (the electorate) has the power either to confine the current representative or transfer their trash to another representative.
4.A good politician is the one who works relentlessly for the total sociao-economic freedom of everyone! And as the distinguished militant statement, #Abraham_Lincoln once said, "Worse on the principle of malice towards none and clarity for all".
5.A good politician is the one who knows, interests of his country is Paramount and all others are secondary.
6.A good politician is the one who knows party differences are secondary to national unity and security.
In the prayer recited and commencement of every sitting of legislation, each MP or President or LC are referred to as "Servants" who have been called upon to perform pertinent issues in this country, what has been entrusted to them is also contained in the prayer.
