              MY COMMENT.

Some of our youth do not expect themselves to be stealing but the hostile economy and standard of living in our country  is compressing some of our youth to go stealing.

Especially you go there in my region called WESTNILE, the a few employment opportunity my fellows there could travel abroad to do, might either be a security guard or a sugar cane cutter, which qualifies only for those who attained 'O' level education or P.7 leaver.  And those who never attained such level of education get themselves driven into dubious acts like becoming a  street gambler or stealing bicycle, chicken, phone, goat... And awfully you even see the police and Judiciary feeling proud to arrest and prosecute such a petty chicken thief.
