Why should I cushion Uganda's leaders, yet they neglect Ugandans? Why should I pad Janet Kataaha Museveni, yet she justified to parliament the lies about our government lacking money to provide sanitary pads to poor Ugandan girls - although her husband manipulated voters during his presidential campaigns with empty promises of the same pads? Why should I praise Uganda's rapists, oppressors, thieves, bullies, despots, misogynists, dictators, land grabbers, spin doctors, praise singers of a rotten roguish regime? Why should I conceal the rot in our public institutions, and the thick pus that freely oozes from the soul of our beloved country?.

I am going to battle the state's interrogators at the CID headquarters in Kibuli. They are investigating my posts on social media, in a case of alleged Offensive Communication and Cyber Harassment. Similar to Idi Amin's State Research Bureau, Museveni's CID want to "kuyunga section" on me. As if! If the hand maidens of Museveni's dictatorship wanted me to praise them on my Facebook timeline, they should have given me praise-worthy material to work with. Surgeons fined $60,000 and banned permanently from profession after billionaire died during penis enlargement surgery.

Surgeons have been banned from practicing plastic surgery after a billionaire patient died during a penis enlargement procedure. Belgian-Israeli diamond dealer Ehud Arye Laniado, 65, died of a heart attack during the procedure to enlarge his penis at the Saint-Honore-Ponthieu aesthetic clinic in Paris. His star surgeon, known as Guy H, was known for operating on wealthy clients and he treated Ehud two to four times a year in procedures costing tens of thousands of euros. Wealthy Omega Diamonds owner Ehud would be operated on out of office hours. He had been having injections into his penis to make it appear larger. An investigation was swiftly opened into potential manslaughter chargers following his death, though it soon shifted to charges of failing to assist a person in danger, drug offences and practicing medicine without a licence.
