It is very easy to know who TVO is and this will avoid blackmailing people and arresting people. In fact, let me help Uganda intelligence to tell them who TVO is. TVO is not Robert Shaka. They each have a different writing style. Shaka has never ever written about Uganda intelligence things. He writes about hard facts which are very easy to see for anyone with half a brain. TVO is not Henry Rugasira who lives in Canada or Uganda depending on which BS one reads. Furthermore, Henry does not write about the inner workings of government and his writing style is also different. TVO has never been Abbey. Abbey does not hide his identity and also never writes about inner workings of the government. One cannot run the biggest Uganda community blog or Facebook and hide. TVO is not facilitated by Mbabazi (JPAM) and neither does he work with Mbabazi. TVO has stated many times his support for Dr. Besigye and unless he recently started praising JPAM, one would not assume that he is with Mbabazi. Even if this were the case, Mbabazi is the silent force Museveni will have to reckon with. If the government makes the mistake of arresting Tamale Mirundi thinking he is TVO, they will fall flat on their faces. Mirundi may not be liked but he is not TVO. Mirundi tells hard hitting truth and makes enemies for exposing the rot in the government and not politely so he has made enemies but Ugandans need truth to come out, State House and parliament is full of thieves who take advantage of Ugandans and Mirundi exposing them, we should all thank them, including Museveni if he is serious about fighting corruption. The elders who have no pensions since their money was stolen. The farmers who cannot sell their products because of bad roads. The children who yearn to learn but the schools are demolished. The land owners whose land is grabbed at gun point. TVO is the women in Amuru who go naked to protest grabbing land from them. TVO is the employee at a foreign owned company whose employers yell at or slap. TVO is the business man or woman whose Kiosk was demolished. TVO is also a market trader whose market was burned down. TVO is the journalist whom you assault on live camera. TVO is a Besigye supporter who is beat up on live camera or run over by Kayihura's boys. TVO IS ALL OF US.
