Photo by Osuta Yusuf.Speaking to our reporter shortly after he filed his defense before the NRM Tribunal in Kampala, Hon Alioni Yorke Odria who has so far served for two terms (2016 - 2021, 2021 - 2026) as the MP for Aringa South Constituency and he also recently won the 17-7-2025 NRM Primary election to become the official 2026 - 2031 NRM flag bearer for the Parliamentary position in the upcoming general election, expressed his confidence and satisfaction over the professional manner in which the NRM Tribunal lawyers heard their case this morning.
“We have responded to those petitions already! It's not time for me to talk because the people of Aringa South Constituency spoke, acted, and voted overwhelmingly for me, and that is why I was able to get over 17,000 votes”, Hon Odria stated during the interview while scoffing at the petitioners who got little votes but dared to file petitions against him.

Bruce as speculation, conjecture, and baseless allegations without a foot to stand.
“You don't just make wild allegations, imaginations and you fail to adduce substantial evidence to prove them”, says Counsel Kania as he prayed for the petition to be thrown away and advised the losers to accept defeat.
