• Part of the first 30 Members of the Legislative Council of Uganda.

• Part of the Ministers’ Team that went to ask for Uganda’s self-rule in the Lancaster Conference.

• The first Member of Parliament for the Central Nile Constituency (the current West Nile).

• Was murdered during the political turmoil on 15-09-1979 by “unknown gunmen”.

• Was eulogized and recognized posthumously by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni during a 

memorial mass organized in on 13-09-2014 at his home in Arua District (now Arua City).

• To participate in attracting basic socio-economic services to the “people.”

• To participate in packaging the befitting diplomatic image of Uganda globally.
