The LC1 Chairman for Ebapi Village, Mr Atema Vicky, while narrating a similar incident which occurred recently in this same Baria Parish, where a Youth committed suicide and it caused a lot problems and fights, wondered why and how someone would prepare for his own death like the way Mr Opiga Michael is doing, something the LC1 said he has seen it for the first time in his entire life.
