The developments came after government budgeted for 200 million shillings for resettling the affected communities, something that has been in process for about 20 years. According to Hon Karubanga Jacob Ateenyi, there has been delayed justice for people who were displaced by government and Lakwena wars and so it became necessary for government to resettle the affected communities.
