The district speaker's proposal to  Obiga Mario comes at time majority of district councillors have attributed the increasing cases of road  accidents in the district to failure by UNRA and Ministry to implement their over due request for road humps on accident prone spots along tarmacked vura-arua-maracha to Oraba highway.

Maracha district woman member of parliament Jenifer Driwaru, said the only last option left is to petition and together conduct peaceful demonstration since UNRA has failed to listen.
I personally went to UNRA offices,to follow up how far with issues of humps and their answer is always we are coming but I don't know when they are coming.
