Fellow Countrymen and Women, i have yet again got a brilliant moment to write up for everyone about the sorrowful state of NRM collapse in WestNile region.
The NRM Government headed by Mr Museveni, has been in power for Three Decades (30+ years), and out of its heydays, despite its segregative and hidden motives for the people there in WestNile region, they have been having great Love and Support for the NRM Junta Government.
HERE ARE A FEW THINGS I WOULD WISH TO HIGHLIGHT AGAIN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN NARRATING IT IN PREVIOUS YEARS FOR MY PEOPLE OF WESTNILE AND UGANDA AT LARGE.
These are facts, for sometimes back, i have been Writing about but some Young Malnourished Social Media people criticise me for fighting for my people.
So many people misinterpret my articles and they attack me on a daily basis! But i have a thick skin.
What some of these people do not know is, i will die for the sake of Humanity, Dignity, Integrity, Honesty and Justice.
I fight for my people, not because i am a Ugandan or Someone from WestNile region, but because Uganda and WestNile were born in me.
NEPOTISM IN EMPLOYMENTS AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES.
Most of the times, the people there in WestNile have ever been underestimated and humiliated when it comes to an employment opportunity.
As an illustration proof for this, i mention for you the sector of "CABINET MINISTERS".
Out of the over 30 Cabinet ministers, How many are from WestNile?.
In 2016, i published a phrase about, "Why are the Youth from WestNile, mostly ferried to do Sugar Cane Cutting Jobs and Security Guard Jobs in Kampala?".
From No where to somewhere, some uninformed Youths emerged to attack me, that, "What else do you want Our Youth to do?".
I begun weeping.
I replied them back, "Instead of you to support us by joining us, you are all over attacking the decedents who are fighting for your rights".
There criticism did not hinder me, instead it empowered me to seek a Smooth manner of sensitising them, which i did and since then till today, they have fully woken up from that slumber of ignorance they have been having towards the nepotic Military Government of Mr Museveni.
Those 2 above i have mentioned are enough as an example.
Whoever risks to label me as, "Tribalistic", should be disregarded at all Costs.
I was born when Mr Museveni has already overthrown the previous Government, and, How would such an insane describe me as Tribalistic?.
The Young, always learn from the matured.
Instead, it is Mr Museveni, who is a Tribalistic Sectarian.
Museveni has a natural Hatred for the People of WestNile region.
For an Instance, you take, Former Veterans.
Vast Veterans from WestNile region (Former Soldiers of Obote and Amin Government), have never been Compensated.
And, those, by the Luckily Chance, got Compensated, did not get it to the maximum.
The Pensioners are crying and we wonder if their pensions have been eaten by Termites or Rats.
Mr Museveni obviously deceives the Veterans when ever he realises some threats arising from other parts of Uganda but typically his deceiving focus is on WestNile region.
In 2015 / 2016, when the war in South Sudan escalated and on the Medias, there were reportage of massive rebel recruitment going on in those sides of YUMBE, KOBOKO, ADJUMANI and MOYO, by unknown rebel groups who would first pay any Youth Cash in Dollars, for willing to be recruited in the rebel activity,
Mr Museveni, in his frantic efforts to subdue the Veterans so as not to join the rebel recruitment, said, "Sooner, the ex-soldiers are gonna be compensated".
Unscrupulous Individuals took his often falsehood Speech as a fact, in a way to milk some little dime from the poorly pressed Veterans, by beginning a campaign for fresh registration of the former soldiers, their children and infants. These Unscrupulous thugs were conducting the fresh registration exercise at a cost of 10000/- as registration fee and 2000/- as the fee for taking passport photo, totalling to 12000/- ( which is about 3.5$).
You see how hopeless some people are, to steal from a poor & desperate Veterans!!!.
Since that time, until now, most of them have neither received a mere penny of 5$.
ABRUPT AND UNEXPLAINED DEATHS.
For decades now, the most educated or Working in the high Positions in the Government or rich or the popular people from WestNile region have been dying under unclear circumstances.
Others have been involved in some minor Accidents but they end up being dead.
Despite, the facts that, some of Our Victims have no chronic diseases like High Blood Pressure, Tumor, Hepatitis, Stroke and, or, Sugar Diabetes, a few of them have been traumatically dead and the postmortem results indicate, they died of "Blood Clot".
There is a recent One, which i could notice is the Postmortem result of Late Bamuze, who just collapsed and died instantly.
According to media reports, it was said that, "Bamuze died of Natural deaths / Kani ku Natural Cause" - Postmortem result reads.
LAUGHABLE.
Ada ada, ma adripi azini ma amvipi, eyo dile ri ma efi aduni yaa?.
Amani drigo LUGBARA ma A'bia (Culture) Agu azi drani 'Da le Kuu.
Sitani dee ama 'Bo foo Kirikiri si Mungu La, mi etoo Ama.
I am not saying Government is killing Our People! But these below questions are doubting too in my mind; 1. Are there some people who don't want any good for the people of WestNile? Or 2. Some people are Bewitching Our most Popular or Rich or Educated or Working in Prominent Offices in Ug Government?, So that, when they reach to some high levels, they get dead.
The recent Death is, the Member of Parliament for Arua Municipality Hon IBRAHIM ABIRIGA, who was shot dead during the day by unknown Gun wielding thugs.
When the Cop of Abiriga was taken to Arua for burial, the LUGBARA people turned rowdy and began attacking Government security forces, upto the extent, they grabbed the Casket from the security officials.
They formed a song "ALE YELLOW KUU (Meaning, We don't want Yellow)", which they kept singing while they also kept on pelting stones at the Police and Army guys, who would obstruct their way.
In other level of understandings, One may say these people were holding the Government, Accountable for the death of ABIRIGA! Which could in a slight way be true on the basis that, the Government has failed to accord proper protection to people of such calibre.
Mr Museveni personally traveled for the burial of Mr ABIRIGA, in MADI and of all the burial Mzee Kaguta has been attending, One may not believe the Cupful of tears he was shading over the gruesome death of Mr ABIRIGA, depicting a strong signal that, indeed Mr Museveni was not the One who killed Mr ABIRIGA and, he too doesn't know which people assassinated ABIRIGA! and i truly believe in this too.
He is not the One behind the death of MP ABIRIGA.
The Apparent mayhem that has sealed off the fate of NRM to the grave, from WestNile, is the newly completed Arua Municipality Member of Parliament by-election which was done on Wednesday 15 August 2018.
THE Rest is History.
There are still a lot of things which are not favoring WestNile region in this Rogue Government of segregation.
To the surprise of many, it arose when i wrote a few years ago about, "The whole WestNile region having no Hatchery! as if there are No farmers from that Region".
The farmers have been part of this futility speech of "More Museveni, More Development". Trash.
What some of the farmers from WestNile do not know is, they were being Humiliated and Undermined by this same Government, which they are pretending to Massage.
What we want is, a section of the oppressed who can stand up to speak and fight for their rights and we add up Ours.
The Education system in Uganda is totally shutdown and the worst of it all, is, from WestNile region, that keeps on Producing Pupils and Students of F9, only perfect in Speaking and Writing awful English.
You may witness, a One, Writing "Tsup, Swiri, C u, blah blah"

Horrible.
Rest in Peace, Education system in WestNile region and Uganda at large.
TAX COLLECTION.
This is a sector, which, my heart has ever been bleeding about the fate of Our Youth.
Of Course, paying Tax is both the Constitutional Obligation and Natural mandate of Everyone! But the manner of UGANDA REVENUE AUTHORITY (URA) officials collecting the Tax from the Youth in WestNile region, makes my whole heart to be heavy over it.
Out of Anger, i wrote to URA, in 2016, requesting them to change the trend of chasing NumberLess Motorcycle Boda Boda riders.
Due to Over emotion in me, i labeled them as "URA thugs".
They never even heeded to my articles.
Just, last year, 2017, a bloody fracus ensued betwixt them and the NumberLess Motorcycle Boda Boda riders in YUMBE, which left over 3 Civilians shot dead by the IRS soldiers and several others arrested.
Couple of days later, YUMBE Woman MP Driwaru Zaitun, RDC Arua Plus other Prominent Leaders is Arua Municipality, surfaced in for a Talk show on 88.7 Arua One FM, Condemning and seeking to revolve the barbaric action URA perpetuated.
Had they paid much attention too, to what i wrote about URA, in 2016, such mass murders in YUMBE by URA soldiers, would have not occurred.
Our Local leaders (MPs, Mayors, LC5s and LC3s) there in WestNile region have that Power to quell such unjust and unfair acts of oppressing the regular Citizens who struggle for survival and most of them even eat just Once in a day while others hardly eat.
Boldly speaking, the current system of URA is infiltrated by Thieves and Connivers only.
Someone who may dig the Garden for 5 years, with an aim of, after finishing, i would buy a new motorcycle.
They may not have enough money to buy it Once with the number Plates!
So, they opt to buy it without a number so that they will raise the money for the number Plates, while on the road.
Unfortunately, these Unsympathetic officials of URA may land on the New NumberLess Motorcycle and they take it away. Now, you do the short mathematical calculation, SomeOne dug for 5yrs times One day of Confiscating the NumberLess Motorcycle Over One Hundred.
How much is the Owner of the NumberLess Motorcycle, left with ?.
The other group of Youths and People being chased after, like Thieves, are the SMUGGLERS.
In these Two particular contents about Tax, i am not meaning people should begin to evade Tax! But i am Kindly trying to elaborate that, some of the Taxes and its manners of Collection are Ambiguous.
Bitter truth speaking, with this Alarming Unemployment of the Youth, which miracles are expected to render the Youth, Employment and Survival?.
The steps URA soldiers take when running after Smugglers, is stupidly rude and should be Condemned to the Highest Terms Possible.
To briefly leave this One here, DID YOU KNOW, THERE IS SOMETHING CALLED, "TAX HOLIDAY"?.
This is most beneficial, to Business Men and Business Women.
It guarantees an Entrepreneur to borrow a loan from the Government, and in that, specifically signed duration on the Agreement, the Business Man or Woman will do business without collecting Tax from him or her, whether he or she is importing Goods from abroad or Local Manufacturing or is doing a Local business within Uganda.
1. How many Business people from WestNile region have benefited in this Scheme?.
2. Are there No business People from WestNile region?
3. How much does it require for One to be Eligible for this "Tax Holiday" scheme?.
And, in probable cases, Relatives or Friends or In-laws to the Museveni family, are beneficiaries of this "Tax Holiday" scheme.

There are too far too many Things that do not favor WestNile region in this Government, and this is also, One of the Reasons why, WESTNILE REPUBLIC will come to an effect.
