Biya shut down the Internet for 10 months. There was no communication to the world.

The concierge proceeded to tell me I was not welcome since I was black. Rebecca jumps in "we always eat here". Manager comes and sits us in a booth.
Natasha took my wallet and tipped our waitress big. Maybe half the bill.
On the way out, I demanded to see the manager.
This older woman comes asking what had gone wrong.

The owner offered to reimburse the bill. I tole her "if you do not fire him, you will go out of business". I paid my bill in full.
