Airtel, Stanbic Saves Today Africanews Domain account from Deactivation

ARUA CITY, May 12, 2023 By: Osman Draga.

todayafricanews.com

There is always, always, and always to be thankful to people  who are  perpetual in life helping  others and in this respect am  thankful to the supervisor of Airtel Arua Branch, Lydia Adoch and Robin Ojok Personal Banker of Stanbic Bank Arua Branch for  their remarkable services offered that  saved the domain of Today Africanews from deactivation on May 12, 2023.

The time was already 09:17hrs and I had lost hope to pay for the renewal of the hosting account for Today Africanews after experiencing  many emotional difficulties in trying to pay for the renewal using  the Airtel smart card in time  with little knowledge that the system  is already been put off by Airtel.

"Sorry for the inconveniences, we received communication about our online systems and I cannot tell you  when it will be ready,  but because of the urgency of your issue can I  refer you to a friend at Stanbic Bank who will help you to  get a card instantly", Supervisor at Arua city Airtel called Lydia Adoch  calmly asked.

With no any other option left I quickly accepted her suggestion and went straight to Stanbic Bank and  I was directed to one Robin Ojok  who with  empathy, assiduously worked on the registration which  only took about 17  minutes for him to complete the process, and I received the  last notification about the deactivation   of the  hosting account for todayafricanews.com when I was making the online payment using the new Stanbic card .

The two personalities went extra miles for their services and it is something that shouldn’t be forgotten because they showed  empathy and  if they were proud as peacocks by now Today Africa News website would be deactivated.
Their  courteous treatment walks an advertisement because it is  little things like this that earn business.
