When a person is arrested and taken to court to answer a crime, generally, they have to be kept by police until they can be taken to court. Once they are taken to court and the hearing of their case begins, that person must be kept somewhere when the court is closed until the next time the case comes to court. I wasn't there physically but through what i watched online, the session was adjourned too early when there were, roughly less than 50 MPs (if I am not mistaken). 2. Some MPs and the Speaker had tasked some Minister (s) to come on the floor to respond to issues concerning security and safety of Ugandans in the wake of Bombings 💣 by some rebels. 3. The same Minister (s) had a day ago said, they can't respond to those concerns unless President Museveni gives them permission to do so on the floor of Parliament. 4. The Speaker simply used the absenteeism of Minister (s)  to prematurely adjourn the house session as a way to favor the Minister (s). 5.
