Chief Justice Owiny-Dollo Accuses Baganda of Double Standards Over Hon Oulanyah Mystery.

Comments by Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo in which he described some Ugandans of Buganda ethnicity as “wicked” have drown mixed feelings from the public. The Chief Justice last night went off about the demonstrations which took place in the United States in February this year after Speaker of Parliament, Jacob Oulanyah was flown to a hospital in Washington State for treatment. The demonstrations where reportedly organized by supporters of the opposition National Unity Platform, (NUP), whose leadership however, has insisted that the protests were against the poor health services in Uganda and not against Oulanyah. Speaking on Wednesday at a vigil for the now deceased Speaker, Justice Owiny-Dollo blamed the demonstrations on people from Buganda. He went on to wonder why the same people did not hold similar demonstrations when the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi was flown to Germany for treatment following a severe allergic reaction in August last year. “But you, who were...

Microsoft and Authentication Firm Okta Hacked.

Microsoft and authentication services provider Okta said they are investigating claims of a potential breach alleged by the LAPSUS$ extortionist gang. The development, which was first reported by Vice and Reuters, comes after the cyber criminal group posted screenshots and source code of what it said were the companies' internal projects and systems on its Telegram channel. The leaked 37GB archive shows that the group may have accessed the repositories related to Microsoft's Bing, Bing Maps, and Cortana, with the images highlighting Okta's Atlassian suite and in-house Slack channels. "For a service that powers authentication systems to many of the largest corporations (and FEDRAMP approved) I think these security measures are pretty poor," the hacking cartel wrote on Telegram. On top of this, the group alleged that it breached LG Electronics (LGE) for the "second time" in a year. Bill Demirkapi, an independent security researcher, noted that "LAPSUS...

DOES MY NAME AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE AFTER MARRIAGE? .

#legallyhers  Kim Kandazi and Kanyesigye Wesiteri got married at St. Francis Chapel in 2010. The following day, Kim’s twitter, Instagram names were changed, and she informed all her friends that from then on, she was going to be referred to as Kim Kandanzi Wesiteri. However, the HR has since refused to refer to Kim by ‘her’ new names in any communication written or verbal ‘mbu’ they are not legal, but Kim feels like they are undermining her. Is the HR right?  WAS KIM’S HR, RIGHT?  Yes. Getting married does not automatically mean there is a new name next to your others. demand that everyone refer to you as such. This is because Marriage makes you someone’s spouse.   It is legal for Kim to be called Mrs. Kanyesigye because she is Kanyesigye’s wife. This is called a change in her marital status. It is also ok for friends or family members or yourself to informally call you Kim Kandazi Westeri to tell friends informally that you got married to him, but this has no...

LAW MUST NOT HAVE ONE EYE.

If the same law can realize that someone has died, why can't the same law have empathy ?. Many of the MPs are  busy concentrating on who to vote on Friday 25-3-2022 as a successor to fallen Speaker Oulanyah who died on 20-3-2022 as they feign silence over this one-eyed law, article "82" in the constitution of Uganda. Wait and see after the speakership elections are over, the Rt Hon Oulanyah buried and they resume to parliament, some of them will begin to express anger, sorrow at the plenary session as if they care yet they were only caring to fulfill their interests under the disguise of "Constitution Requires It". Law must have two eyes and tested in its due course as in this case, that section "82" in the constitution has proved to be a bad law that doesn’t care about the feelings and emotional state of society. It should be amended. Disclaimer; These are my views and opinions alone! They are not in anyway affiliated with or in the interest o...

Warning ⚠️; Anonymous Hackers Have Given 48 Hours Period for Big Companies Operating in Russia to Withdraw or Else They Face the Consequences.

The hacktivist group has drawn return fire in its latest scattergun approach to targeting firms still doing business in Russia, after it used Twitter to urge more than 30 multinationals to pull out immediately – or face consequences. Anonymous tweeted the message: “We call on all companies that continue to operate in Russia by paying taxes to the budget of the Kremlin's criminal regime – pull out of Russia! We give you 48 hours to reflect and withdraw or else you will be under [sic] our target!” Accompanying the exhortation was a graphic depicting the logos of dozens of big corporations, including Burger King, Citrix, Nestle, and Subway. Of these, Nestle – a global manufacturer of food and drink – seems to have drawn the most ire from the hacktivist group, which devoted a separate tweet to the corporation. “Nestle, as the death toll climbs, you have been warned and now breached,” it said. “Anonymous is holding you responsible for the murder of defenseless children and mothe...
