The residents sounded their praises at the flagoff of an 8km road stretching from main road in Arivu to Jupala market. They said, that road has taken over 15 years without being worked upon and yet it’s a road that links them with Jupala market - Arivu main road, lamenting that, it has always been very hard for them to transport their farm products to the various markets like Arua City main market.
