📸: SCP Fred Enanga, Replaced by ACP Kituuma Rusoke as the New Police Spokesperson.  Uganda’s Inspector General of Police, IGP Abbas Byakagaba has appointed Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Kituuma Rusoke as the new force’s new spokesperson replacing Senior Commissioner of Police, SCP Fred Enanga, police sources have confirmed. SCP Enanga according to the changes which take immediate effect see him moved to the docket of Interpol and International Relations as the Deputy Director. The reshuffles, as confirmed by police sources, bring an end to the reign of five years for Mr Enanga who assumed office in 2020, when he replaced Emilian Kayima in the then reign of former IGP Okoth Ochola. The changes come just days after IGP Byakagaba met with the President earlier this week and discussed strategies for strengthening the police’s relations going forward.
