This has been going on for decades, perhaps centuries in many countries around the world.You can educate and train people but when the circumstances in your country are not conducive for them to excel at what they learned, they will leave the country to go into another country which promises a better life for them.The world is now a global village and Uganda must keep this in mind.  Information flows at supersonic speeds.  You will lose your most qualified people to other countries and this will impact job creation, innovation and economic growth.Many people do leave their countries, work abroad and return home though. My tears are shading! Out of the over 1000 pupils who sat for last year's PLE in MARACHA district, only 29 pupils passed in "Grade One". ....................................................................................................... So besides passing the kids to the next class whether they are smart or not, we are moving to half day school for secondary school and eliminating the exams for Primary School. Dictator Museveni the man who is seldom called Africa’s strongman has chickened out to respond or summon the USA ambassador to the state house to explain Trump shithole outburst while attending the DACA meeting. How can you praise a govt which has ensured that cannot even treat your parents?. A government that can not feed 10 million people in a day, nor have they tried to help our 5million elders.
