Fred (Nakimuli's husband) somehow survived spending the weekend in police cells, however, since Nakimuli had already reported another case (cyber harassment) against Kapeere he was denied police bond and he spent the night in the cells. The night could not have been worse, first Kapeere stepped on someone's foot and got slapped, he then went to the toilet for a long call, and this annoyed everyone. The people in the cell took turns beating Kapeere. Long story short, Kapeere wants revenge on Fred, the people who beat him. He wants to know how to get justice for what happened to him.  Are you entitled to the same conditions of living in a cell as in your house? NO, you are not. The law requires police to uphold the human rights of people who are detained. This means that the cell or if it is a prison, it must be habitable (suitable) for a human being. More than 300 pigs have died from African swine fever in Terego, Arua city, and Arua district.  African swine fever is a highly contagious and deadly viral disease of pigs and wild boars that usually presents with symptoms of high fever, decreased appetite and weakness, red blotchy skin lesions, diarrhea, vomiting among others. In Invepi refugee settlement in Odupi sub county, Terego district, more than 60 pigs died last month while in Arivu sub county in Arua district, over 100 pigs have died this January. In Offaka sub county at Ejimbara market near the border of Arua district, Madi Okollo, and Zombo district, more than 100 pigs have died. Other places where the African swine fever has had a toll on pigs include Ogoko in Lower Madi Okollo, Lia and Adumi in Ayivu West, Arua city where pigs are brought from the Democratic Republic of Congo-DRC and sold in Ugandan markets. The 2G network has a history of more than 30 years, and there are still many services that uses 2G. However, since the network is far behind, much less attention is given to it. For this reasons and more, the network has too many security holes. Google has officially disabled the 2G network in the Android system. Now, the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) also wants Apple to learn from Android and turn off the 2G network on iPhones. Google added a feature switch in Android 12 that enables or disables the “Allow 2G” feature in the SIM card settings. The EFF praised Google’s approach and asked Apple to follow up. The foundation wants Apple to also add the function of turning off the 2G network in the iPhone. As of now, this is not available on the iPhone.   Police constable Robert Mukebezi who was shot on Saturday by an army officer in Kampala a few days ago, is currently admitted in the intensive care unit (ICU) at UMC Victoria hospital after his leg got amputated. Mukebezi was allegedly shot while on duty by an ununiformed Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF) officer, corporal Babangida Bashir Mango attached to the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) headquarters in Mbuya. He was shot as he attempted to tow a military vehicle, registration number H4DF 1391 that had veered off the road and rammed into a signpost at Kobil petrol station along Ntinda-Kiwatule road. When Mr Anguzu interjected to ask Titus to confirm ownership of the telephone number in the presence of the police officers at Arua CPS, they found owner of that telephone number is  a person called "Eyotaru Julliet ".  No fewer than 70 websites operated by the Ukrainian government went offline on Friday for hours in what appears to be a coordinated cyber attack amid heightened tensions with Russia. "As a result of a massive cyber attack, the websites of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a number of other government agencies are temporarily down," Oleg Nikolenko, MFA spokesperson, tweeted. The Security Service of Ukraine, the country's law-enforcement authority, alluded to a possible Russian involvement, pointing fingers at the hacker groups associated with the Russian secret services while branding the intrusions as a supply chain attack that involved hacking the "infrastructure of a commercial company that had access to the rights to administer the web resources affected by the attack." It was last night when Osuta Yusuf and Anguzu Vincent were together taking some drinks at club called Savella near Ozu Brothers Shop in Arua City. Two police men riding on Motorcycle and Armed men traveling in vehicle registration number UAU 365J arrived at 8pm 18-1-2022 and started calling telephone number of Anguzu Vincent. When they show the call ringing in Anguzu’s phone, they immediately then told him he is under arrest. After his arrest, he was taken to Arua CPS for interrogation for one hour last night. Below are the questions Police asked Anguzu Vincent. 1. They asked Anguzu Vincent if he knows Gen Salim Saleh and what type of relationship he has with him. 2. They also asked Anguzu Vincent on if he knows who Administrator General aka Eyotaru Julliet. 3. They went ahead to ask Anguzu Vincent on if he has some shares in the Barifa Forest Ecotourism project.
