THE FULL LIST OF MPs WHO DIDN'T SAY A WORD IN PARLIAMENT AND THOSE WHO SAID A WORD IN PARLIAMENT OF UGANDA IN 2017.

Over 100 MPs Who Didn’t Say a Word In 2017 Named The Hansard shows that ever since the 2nd session of the 10th Parliament started in June 2017, out of the 445MPs (excluding the Speaker and Deputy Speaker), 107 MPs didn’t say a word on the floor of Parliament and 64 of them only spoke once in the 35 sittings.  For the last 6 months of 2017, since the 2nd session of the 10th Parliament began, over 100 legislators didn’t say a single word on the floor of the House. This is contained in a special report compiled by the Kampala Post basing on archives from the Hansard- the official report of Parliament that records all parliamentary proceedings including each MPs’ contribution in terms of speech in plenary or committee meetings. FEMALE ARTIST SELLING SEX TO MINISTERS.

Zambian Female artist Kay Figo has taken the front line in selling sex to cabinet Ministers. According to the WhatsApp messages intercepted by Zambian Watch, Kay figo is engaged in a conversation with a cabinet minister believed to be defence Minister. The female artist who was divorced in 2013 from a White man due to massive prostitution and love of money has now targeted Ministers for money due to economic hardships. In this WhatsApp conversation Defence Minister Davies Chama and Kay Figo also known as Kay Figololo have been messaging each other on several accounts planning their sex at Parliament montel. Here we have attached part of the conversation where Davies Chama demanded for some nude pics from Kay Figololo. The soft sexiest Kay figo then asked the Defense Minister what will happen if the masses discovered about their affair. Mr Chama is also bragging that he has enough money to spoil her and that the two can just meet at the montel.

MAGUFULI BANS ZIMBABWEANS FROM ENTERING TANZANIA.

Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli has asked the Tanzanian Immigration Officers operating at Nakonde-Tunduma border post to close entry to anyone from Zambia as a way of preventing cholera from entering the East Africa's Second Biggest Economy. Addressing the media in Dodoma Tanzania this afternoon, President Magufuli disclosed that his government was concerned with rampant cholera cases that are being reported in Zambia and warned that Tanzania may be the next victim if it does not take preventive measures since it shares one of the world most porous boundaries with Zambia along Tunduma - Nakonde border. "Let them deal with their cholera first, then we will allow them to enter our country for trade", Magufuli told the senior TM Officers. Reports say President Magufuli has be alarmed by the fact that cholera has hit a country like Zambia with a tiny population of not more than 15,000,000 and fears that his 68,000,000 people may be affected more if the movement of Zam
